Please allow 3-5 business days for manufacturing and 3-5 business days for delivery of your entire order. The average timeframe from the date an order is placed until the order is delivered to your door is 7 business days.

At this time our artwork is only available to be shipped in the United States.

If you are in the United States and you place an order, there is no cost for shipping.
It's really that simple! -
Our return policy lasts 30 days. If it has been more than 30 days since you received your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, undamaged and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.We do not accept returns for the "Create Your Own Canvas" product unless the canvas arrives damaged.
If your item was received defective or damaged and it's within 30 days of the item being delivered, we will send you a replacement, free of charge. We will need photos of the damaged/defective item you purchased before we can send the replacement. If possible, please send photos of the box so we can inform our carrier of the damage. Photos of the box are not required, but it helps us. :)
If your item is not defective or damaged and you would like to return it within 30 days from when you received your purchase, you will need to pay the shipping costs to return the item and it must be returned in it's original packaging, unused and undamaged. Additionally, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund amount. We do not keep inventory and items are built to spec based on your order.
Returns must be sent to the address listed directly below. If they are not or we do not receive the return back in the mail, we will be unable to process a return.

If applicable, below are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

We are committed to our customers and want you to be happy! You may cancel or amend your order within 24 hours of purchase free of charge. We are proud to provide the largest online selection of art designed to motivate and inspire you every day. Due to the diversity and size of our offering, we do not pre-print or inventory any stock, so every piece is printed-on-demand and made custom to order. Since we do not warehouse or hold inventory, we are unable to accept returns and swap out one piece of art for another. This being the case, we cannot provide refunds, credits, or replacements except in the event of damage prior to the product arriving.
In the event that a piece arrives damaged, we ask that a photo of the damaged unit be sent here: support@thegoatwallart.com and we will produce and send a replacement at no charge. -
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 5 business days. -
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
