  • HOW DO I CREATE A CUSTOM CANVAS IN PORTRAIT LAYOUT?
    • Save your image rotated 90 degrees to the left or right and then upload the image to our custom canvas product here: CREATE YOUR OWN CUSTOM CANVAS


  • WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
    • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2-5 days of purchase. Custom orders take an average of 5-7 days.

      After your order is placed, within hours, we print the canvas and start building it.

      Once your order has been printed it cannot be cancelled.

      When your order ships, your tracking info is automatically sent to you via the email or phone number you provided during checkout.

      If you have questions about your tracking, please email us here: support@thegoatwallart.com. If your order hasn't shipped within the timeframe listed above, please let us know, and we will resolve the situation asap.

      After you order ships it typically takes 5-7 business days to arrive for US customers. If you are an international customers, please allow 10-21 days for shipping.


  • HOW DO I TRACK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
    • Once your order ships you should receive an email with tracking information.  If you have questions about your order's status, please email us here: support@thegoatwallart.com


  • WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
    • We stand by our product and offer a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee. Just return the product to us within 30 days, undamaged and we will refund you. We do not offer returns on custom items.

      NOTE: We do not provide pre-paid shipping packages or labels to send products back to us, you must send back the unwanted product at your own expense.

  • WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?
    • Damaged product/manufacturing defect: If your canvas arrives damaged just send us a picture to support@thegoatwallart.com within 7 days of receiving it and we'll replace it or give you a full refund.

      Product not as described: If you receive the product and it does not match the description/image from our site we will exchange it for a different item or give you a full refund. Please be aware that there may be slight differences in the way the image is lined up on the final product.

      Lost in transit: If your product is lost in transit and you provided us with the correct address, then we will re-ship the product to you.


  • CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
    • All sales are final.
      Typically canvas orders are printed, built and packaged within a few hours of you placing the order.

      Although your package may not get picked up by our shippers for 24-48 hours, we pay for shipping costs at the time of purchase.

      You can return your canvas to us once you receive it for a full refund if you're still not satisfied at that time.  This is not applicable to custom canvases, unless there is a manufacturers defect.


  • DO YOU OFFER WHOLESALE PRICING?

  • WHAT CARRIER DO YOUR ORDERS SHIP WITH?
    • All orders are shipped via DHL Express, FedEx, or UPS.


  • ARE THERE ANY ADDITIONAL SHIPPING FEES OR CHARGES FOR ORDERS IN THE USA?
    • No, there are no additional fees or charges for orders being delivered in the USA.  For international orders, depending on the country of residence, you may have to pay additional fees!


  • WHAT METHODS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
    • We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and Sezzle!
